Shown by Ashley Tisdale, Brittany Snow, Christina Applegate and Eva Longoria, it seems that White with some sparkle was very in this year. 
I love the bright colors worn by Marcia Cross and Sara Ramirez, and Jenna Fischer looks stunning in navy. I think this is the best I've seen her look.
However, my Favorite dress is America Ferrera's. The gray and one-shoulder look is so chic. She looks fabulous.
