I love the bright colors worn by Marcia Cross and Sara Ramirez, and Jenna Fischer looks stunning in navy. I think this is the best I've seen her look.

However, my Favorite dress is America Ferrera's. The gray and one-shoulder look is so chic. She looks fabulous.

this woman needs a style doctor

I love Grey's as much as the next girl, but I must confess that I have never been a fan of Ellen Pompeo's sense of style. For me, it is her awards show choices that have ruined my opinion of her.

The woman definitely has her own defined sense of style that she sticks with. Kind of a crazy, over accesorized style. And her hair always leaves something to be desired. First it's glued to her head, then it's huge and windblown. But today I found this picture of her at a Chanel gala in NYC. I saw it and was stunned at how gorgeous and put together she looked. I thought maybe she had finally gotten it together.

Then I found the full body shot, complete with gloves and ugly patterned skirt and instantly lost faith in her again.

Sometimes I miss the old Ashlee Simpson. Pre nose job, pre weight loss, pre rocker boyfriend. She used to always look so happy and cute and bubbly. I liked that she wasn't one of the celebrity skeletons, she brought something different to the table. Since the nose job and the weight loss she looks like every other skinny celebrity out there. I could name five other girls that she could pass for. She looks stoned all the time. All she wears is black, and she's constanly hanging on Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz.
